Ph.d Student
Dharmik Patel was born and raised in Himmatnagar (Gujarat). He has done his B.sc & M.sc From Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University (Gujarat). Then after he qualified UGC-JRF(AIR-31) in Nov. 2020 , GATE and GSET. He joined the Subhas Group(SCG) group. His research topic is Visible Light-Promoted transition metal-catalyzed C-H bond functionalization. He loves to play garba & cricket, travelling and learn innovative new things.

NILESH RATHOD
Ph.d Student
Nilesh Rathod was born and raised in Gujarat, India. He has completed his B.Sc from Gujarat University & M.Sc from Shri Govind Guru University(Gujarat). After he qualified UGC-JRF(AIR-153) in 2020, he joined with Dr. S. C. Ghosh to pursue his Ph. D.. His research topic on Transition metal-catalysed C-H bond functionalization, recovery and reuse of the catalyst. He loves to play cricket, Reading & Writing.

SACHIN PATEL

Sachin Patel was born and raised in Himmatnagar (Gujarat). He has done his B.sc in 2017 & M.sc in 2019 From Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan (Gujarat). Then after he qualified UGC-JRF(AIR-86) in june 2021 And GATE in 2022. Then he joined the Subhas Group(SCG) group. His research topic is Visible Light-Promoted transition metal-catalyzed C-H bond functionalization. He loves to play garba & cricket, travelling.

MAHESH SONAWANE
Ph.d Student
Mahesh Sonawane joined Dr. Subhash Ghosh Group(SCG) group in June 2023. He completed his B.Sc from SSVPS Science College Dhule, Maharashtra, and M.Sc from SOCS-KBCNMU Jalgaon, Maharashtra. He qualified UGC-JRF (AIR 74) in 2023 His research topic is "Transition metal-catalyzed sp3 C-H bond activation and functionalization." He loves to play cricket and travel.

SHRUTI GUPTA
DJRIA-INTERN
Shruti Gupta was born in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) and raised in Bhavnagar (Gujarat). She has completed her B.Sc. From Gyanmanjari Institute of Science (2021) and M.Sc. from the Department Of Chemistry (MKBU) (2023) Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Recently in July 2024, she joined as DJRIA-Intern under the supervision of Dr. Subhash Chandra Ghosh. She is a good reader, explorer, and traveler.

ANIL KUMAR YADAV
Project Associate
Anil Kumar Yadav joined the research group of Dr. Subhash Chandra Ghosh in July 2025 as a Project Associate. He completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from R. D. National College, Bandra, Mumbai, affiliated with Mumbai University. Prior to this, he worked for two years as an R&D Executive at Advent Chem-Bio Pvt. Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in industrial research. His interests outside the laboratory include reading and traveling.
